The Innovative Lab Network (ILN) is a collaborative consortium comprising 18 states, focusing on advancements in educational assessments and the development of resource banks. This network is dedicated to enhancing science education by harnessing collective expertise and sharing resources across its member states.

Spearheaded by the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) and supported by the Stanford Center for Assessment, Learning, and Equity (SCALE), the ILN aims to create a comprehensive task and resource bank.
